FREIGHT |
F.O.B. Our plant.
Prepaid Freight charges will be added to the invoice.

CANCELLATIONS |
All orders must be covered by purchase orders.
No order can be cancelled unless it is done in writing.
Any portion of the order, i.e. art, plates, film, etc., prepared to manufacture the order will be invoiced at time of cancellation.
All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 fee in addition to the charges previously described.

PRODUCTION TIME |
Normal production time is two to three weeks from the date of proof of art. Due to business seasonality, these dates may vary.
Contact POLYBAGS EXPRESS for any specific shipping date requirement. All orders requiring absolute dated completion of orders must be indicated by the customer in writing and must be discussed with POLYBAGS EXPRESS before a firm commitment is made.
Non absolute dated orders are approximate and all efforts will be made to maintain these dates.
Merchandise manufactured must be accepted whether these dates are maintained or not.
STOCK PROGRAMS: are available depending on size of the order. Please contact POLYBAGS EXPRESS for more information.

OVERRUN / UNDERRUN |
All orders are subject to an overrun or under run as follows:
3M – 10M: +/- 25%
10M – 25M: +/- 20%
25M – 50M: +/- 15%
OVER 50M: +/- 10% |
All invoices will be rendered for actual quantity shipped. Any special arrangements must be discussed with POLYBAGS EXPRESS.

FILM AND INK COLORS |
Available film colors are white, black, cream, yellow and clear. Not all colors are available in all sizes and styles.
Colors may vary slightly order to order due to variation of our supplies.
Film and ink colors may vary within commercial tolerances.
Different film gauges will affect film and ink colors.
We refer to the Pantone Matching System (PMS) when matching imprint colors.

PRINT POSITION |
Print position will be at our discretion unless specified by customer.

ARTWORK & PLATES |
Flexographic printing is the printing method used. This method requires separated art and rubber or photopolymer plates. Art and plate costs are not included in bag prices.
Artwork submitted to POLYBAGS EXPRESS should follow the following guidelines:

ALL PHOTOSHOP FILES NEED TO BE SUPPLIED WITH LAYERS AND IN CMYK FORMAT (IF POSSIBLE).

ALL PHOTOSHOP FILES SHOULD BE SAVED AS .TIFF OR .EPS IN BINARY FORMAT (NO COMPRESSION).

WE PREFER ALL FILES TO BE COMPOSED IN ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR CS1 OR LOWER; AND CREATE ALL FONTS TO OUTLINES.

ALL FILES SHOULD HAVE EITHER A COMPOSITE .PDF FILE OR .JPG FOR PROOFREADING.

A COLOR COPY SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED WITH ALL FILES INDICATING A SPOT COLOR WHEN USED.
If the customer is not able to provide artwork, POLYBAGS EXPRESS can provide this service at an additional charge.

PROOFS |
No order will be manufactured until a signed, approved proof is received by POLYBAGS EXPRESS.
Once a proof is approved, no claim or allowance of any kind will be allowed.
|
INSPECTION AND RETURN OF MERCHANDISE |
No returns will be accepted without POLYBAGS EXPRESS prior authorization.
All shipments must be inspected when received. Damaged or missing cartons must be noted on the incoming freight bill upon delivery.
Customer must file claim with the carrier immediately and notify POLYBAGS EXPRESS.
